夾食飯（英國）私隱政策

「夾食飯（英國）」（下稱「本 App」）由 TFG8964 開發，資料控制者（data controller）為 Wai Chik（聯絡：tfg8964@gmail.com）。本 App 俾喺英國嘅香港同華人朋友約食飯同分帳。使用本 App 即表示你同意呢份政策。

1. 我們收集嘅資料

電郵同密碼（密碼經加密儲存，我們睇唔到原文），用來登入。
顯示名稱。
你自己填嘅收款資料（可選）：Monzo.me、Revolut.me、PayMe 連結、轉數快 FPS。
群組、6 位邀請碼、提議時間、得閒時間、餐廳建議同投票。
支出、服務費、消費稅、折扣、分攤同還款（金額以英鎊計）。
推送通知識別碼。
收據相片（可選）：用你部手機內置嘅文字辨識（iPhone 用 Apple Vision、Android 用 ML Kit）喺裝置上讀取，相片唔會上傳到我們嘅伺服器。
語言設定（留喺你部手機）。
廣告識別碼（iPhone 要你同意追蹤先會用）。
訂閱狀態。付款由 Apple 或 Google 處理，我們收唔到你嘅卡資料。

匯率係向公開匯率服務查詢英鎊兌港幣，請求入面冇你嘅帳戶資料。你可以改用自己輸入嘅匯率。

2. 邊個睇到

顯示名稱、時間、投票、記帳同收款資料，只有同一個群組嘅成員先睇到。我們唔會將你嘅電郵顯示俾其他用戶，亦唔會出售你嘅個人資料。

3. 第三方

Supabase：登入同「夾食飯」共用。夾食飯（英國）嘅資料只放喺 uk_ 資料表，唔會寫入夾食飯嘅資料表。
Expo：推送通知。
Google AdMob：廣告（免費版）。
RevenueCat、Apple App Store、Google Play：訂閱。
你部手機嘅日曆：只會寫入你確認嘅飯局。
Google 地圖、TripAdvisor、Monzo、Revolut、PayMe：你撳連結先會打開，我們唔會將群組資料傳俾佢哋。

4. 保留同刪除

你可以喺「設定 → 刪除英國版資料」刪除你喺夾食飯（英國）嘅資料。你開嘅英國版群組同你嘅記帳、投票會一併刪除，無法恢復。呢個唔會刪除同夾食飯共用嘅登入，亦唔會刪除夾食飯資料。如果要刪登入本身，請喺夾食飯入面刪除帳戶。訂閱要另外喺 App Store 或 Google Play 取消。如果你喺英國或歐洲，你可以按 UK GDPR 要求查閱或刪除資料，電郵聯絡我們。你亦有權向英國資訊專員辦公室（ICO，ico.org.uk）投訴。

5. 兒童

本 App 唔係為 13 歲以下兒童而設。

Privacy policy (English)

JaapSikFaan UK (“the App”) is operated by TFG8964 (data controller: Wai Chik, tfg8964@gmail.com) for Hong Kong and Chinese people in the UK. We collect your email, an encrypted password, display name, optional Monzo.me, Revolut.me, PayMe and FPS details, group and invite data, availability, restaurant votes, bill lines (GBP, including service charge, VAT and discounts), push tokens, language preference stored on your phone, advertising identifiers (on iOS only after you allow tracking) and subscription status. Receipt photos (optional) are read on your device with Apple Vision or ML Kit and are not uploaded to our servers. Card payments stay with Apple or Google. Exchange-rate lookups do not include your account id. Group data is visible only to members of that group and is not sold. The login is shared with 夾食飯. JaapSikFaan UK data is stored only in uk_ tables and is not written into 夾食飯 tables. Providers are Supabase, Expo, Google AdMob, RevenueCat, Apple and Google. Opening Maps, TripAdvisor or a payment link does not send your group data to those sites. Settings deletes your JaapSikFaan UK data only. That does not delete the shared login or any 夾食飯 data. Cancel any subscription separately. Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction or deletion of your data, and you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO, ico.org.uk).
