夾食飯（加拿大） 私隱政策

「夾食飯（加拿大）」（下稱「本 App」）由 TFG8964 開發，個人資料保護負責人為 Wai Chik（聯絡：tfg8964@gmail.com）。本 App 係 iOS App，俾喺加拿大嘅香港同華人朋友約食飯同分帳。使用本 App 即表示你同意呢份政策。

本政策按加拿大《個人資料保護及電子文件法》（Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act，PIPEDA）編寫。如果你喺魁北克，亦適用魁北克第 25 號法（Quebec Law 25，更新私營部門個人資料保護法律嘅規定）。

顯示名稱、時間、投票同記帳，只有同一個群組嘅成員先睇到。我們唔會將你嘅電郵顯示俾其他用戶，亦唔會出售你嘅個人資料。

3. 第三方

本 App 嘅帳戶同 App 資料儲存在 Supabase。Supabase 嘅伺服器未必喺加拿大，所以你嘅資料可能會喺你所在省份以外，包括加拿大以外，被處理。

4. 保留同刪除

你可以喺 App 入面「設定 → 刪除帳戶」刪除帳戶。刪除後，你嘅帳戶同夾食飯（加拿大）嘅相關資料會一併刪除，無法恢復。刪除帳戶唔會自動取消訂閱，請另外喺 App Store（設定 → Apple 帳戶 → 訂閱）取消。

按 PIPEDA，你可以要求查閱或更正你嘅個人資料，亦可以撤回同意（受法律或合約限制）。你可以向加拿大私隱專員辦公室（Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada，OPC，priv.gc.ca）投訴。如果你喺魁北克，Law 25 亦給予查閱、更正同撤回同意嘅權利；在適用情況下，你可以要求停止發放個人資料或將相關內容除索引。魁北克用戶可以向魁北克資訊使用委員會（Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec，CAI，cai.gouv.qc.ca）投訴。個人資料保護負責人：Wai Chik，電郵 tfg8964@gmail.com。

5. 兒童

本 App 唔係為 13 歲以下兒童而設。喺魁北克，14 歲以下未成年人使用本 App，應先得到家長或監護人同意。

Privacy policy (English)

JaapSikFaan Canada (夾食飯（加拿大）, “the App”) is an iOS app, bundle identifier com.tfg8964.dinnerca, operated by TFG8964. The person responsible for the protection of personal information is Wai Chik (tfg8964@gmail.com). The App is for Hong Kong and Chinese people in Canada. This policy is written for Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). If you are in Quebec, Quebec Law 25 (the statute modernizing private-sector personal-information protection) also applies. We collect your email, an encrypted password, display name, group and invite data, availability, restaurant votes, bill lines in Canadian dollars (CAD), push-notification tokens, a language preference stored on your phone, advertising identifiers and subscription status. On iPhone, an advertising identifier is used only after you allow tracking. The free version shows ads through Google AdMob. Optional receipt photos are read on your device with Apple Vision for optical character recognition (OCR) and are not uploaded to our servers. Card payments stay with Apple. Subscription prices are in CAD, and subscription status is confirmed with RevenueCat. Group data is visible only to members of that group and is not sold. Account and app data are stored on Supabase. Supabase servers may be outside Canada, so your information may be processed outside your province and outside Canada. Providers are Supabase, Google AdMob, RevenueCat and Apple. A confirmed dinner can be written to your iPhone calendar. You can delete your account in the App (Settings → Delete account). Deletion removes your account and the related JaapSikFaan Canada data and cannot be undone. Cancel any subscription separately in the App Store. Under PIPEDA you may request access or correction of your personal information and you may withdraw consent, subject to legal or contractual limits. You may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (OPC, priv.gc.ca). In Quebec, Law 25 also provides rights of access, rectification and withdrawal of consent and, where applicable, a request to cease dissemination or to de-index. Quebec residents may complain to the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (CAI, cai.gouv.qc.ca). The App is not for children under 13. In Quebec, a minor under 14 should use the App only with a parent or guardian’s consent. Contact: tfg8964@gmail.com.
