夾食飯 私隱政策

「夾食飯」(下稱「本 App」)由 TFG8964(下稱「我們」)開發及營運。我們重視你嘅私隱,呢份政策說明我們收集咩資料、點樣使用同保護,以及你有咩權利。使用本 App 即表示你同意呢份政策。
1. 我們收集嘅資料

網頁版投票會建立一個匿名帳戶,只會儲存你輸入嘅名同投票內容。
2. 邊個睇到你嘅資料
- 你嘅顯示名稱、投票、得閒時間、記帳記錄同收款資料,只有同一個群組嘅成員先睇到。
- 我們唔會顯示你嘅完整電郵俾其他用戶。
- 我們唔會出售你嘅個人資料。
3. 第三方服務
為咗提供服務,我們會使用以下第三方,佢哋會按各自嘅私隱政策處理相關資料:
- Supabase:儲存帳戶及 App 資料(伺服器位於亞洲)
- Expo:傳送推送通知
- Google AdMob:顯示廣告
- RevenueCat、Apple App Store、Google Play:處理訂閱
- Vercel:提供網頁版投票
本 App 入面嘅 OpenRice、Google 地圖、PayMe 及 Google 日曆連結會開啟外部服務,我們唔會向佢哋傳送你嘅資料。
4. 資料保留及刪除
- 你可以隨時喺 App「設定 → 刪除帳戶」永久刪除帳戶。
- 刪除後,你嘅帳戶、個人資料、你開嘅群組(連同入面所有資料),以及你喺其他群組嘅投票、支出及還款記錄都會即時刪除,無法恢復。
- 你喺其他群組提議嘅時間或餐廳會保留,但唔會再顯示你嘅名。
- 如果你有訂閱,請另外喺 App Store / Google Play 取消,刪除帳戶唔會自動取消訂閱。
5. 你嘅權利
你可以喺 App 入面查閱及修改你嘅顯示名稱同收款資料。如需查閱或更正其他資料,可以電郵聯絡我們。我們會按香港《個人資料(私隱)條例》處理你嘅要求。
6. 兒童
本 App 唔係為 13 歲以下兒童而設,我們唔會有意收集兒童嘅個人資料。
7. 資料安全
所有資料經加密連線(HTTPS)傳送,資料庫設有存取權限,每位用戶只可以存取自己有權睇嘅資料。不過網絡傳輸無法保證百分百安全。
8. 政策更新
我們可能會更新呢份政策,更新後會喺呢頁公佈新嘅生效日期。

Privacy Policy (English summary)
JaapSikFaan (“the App”) is operated by TFG8964. We collect your email, display name, optional PayMe/FPS details, group, scheduling, restaurant and expense data, push tokens, advertising identifiers (on iOS only after you allow tracking) and subscription status, solely to provide the App’s features. Your data is visible only to members of the same group and is never sold. We use Supabase, Expo, Google AdMob, RevenueCat, Apple, Google and Vercel as service providers. You can permanently delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete Account; subscriptions must be cancelled separately in the App Store / Google Play.
